The founding members of the Society have been 28 in total. They come from all the Universities of the country as well as from public and private educational institutions.

The Society is constituted by the following bodies : a) General Assembly, b) Board of Directors, c) Auditing Committee, d) Executive Committee, e) Working teams, f) Extra-committees (article 11 of the Memorandum).
The Board of Directors is elected by the General Assembly and is constituted by the following seven members: a) the President, b) the Secretary, c) the Treasurer, and d) four Full Members (article 24 of the Memorandum).

The Auditing Committee is consisted of three members who are elected for two years by the General Assembly. The task of the Auditing Committee is the financial control of the Board of Directors’ proceedings. In order to achieve this task it reviews all the accounting ledgers of the Treasury and draws up the balance sheet and a financial report, which are submitted by the Treasurer for approval to the members of the Reviewing General Assembly, jointly with the relevant statements. The Reviewing General Assembly releases the Board of any liability and elects the new Board of Directors (article 32 of the Memorandum)

The Executive Committee of the Society consists of the President, the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors, which is elected among the members of the Board of Directors with plain majority. The Executive Committee is responsible for the processing of issues which are specified by the Board of Directors or the General Assembly of the Society (article 31 of the Memorandum)
